Training and orientation take place 'on the job' using our consultancy handbook and are carried out by the responsible head of department.
During your first 6 months at our firm, you will have feedback meetings with your supervisor on a regular basis.
Further Education and Training
You will participate in regular internal and external further education and training courses and seminars at our firm.
At the beginning of the year, we will discuss your further education and training requirements with you and plan corresponding measures.
Alongside regular discussions on a day-to-day basis, we also conduct a professional staff appraisal once a year.
During this appraisal, you will have the opportunity to discuss your desires and objectives with the managers of the consultancy firm and to make suggestions as to how to improve operational procedures within the firm.
We discuss current professional and organisational matters at our monthly staff meetings.
Be it at our annual Christmas party, on work trips or simply at a meal out as a group, we not only work together as a team, but also spend time together away from the day-to-day office environment.
